Universal Intelligence Alignment Constitution

A proposed constitutional framework for intelligence, available for critical discussion, not an adopted instrument.

What is being proposed?

The Universal Intelligence Alignment Constitution (UIAC) is a v1.6 review proposal addressing rights, limits on authority, transparent decisions, oversight and routes to challenge or correct harmful action. It invites independent review by experts and affected communities.

This is not ratified, enacted, adopted, independently validated or deployment certified. It does not supersede RippleLogic’s current public governing sources.
